Biamonti 468 – Sketch for Piano, Grasnick Notebook No. 3, Sheet 37, Second Page, Lines 8 and 9 (Dagmar Weise, page 134). Final months of 1808.
This sketch is preserved in Berlin at the Staatsbibliothek, within the sketchbook known as “Grasnick 3,” specifically on sheet 37v, lines 8–9. It is written in ¾ time, though the key signature is not explicitly indicated. As with many of the preceding fragments, its intended destination remains uncertain. However, Dagmar Weise, in her comprehensive transcription and analysis, suggests a possible connection to the Fantasia for Piano, Chorus, and Orchestra, Opus 80, based on thematic resemblance.
