Biamonti 607 – Alla Polacca in E-flat major, February – August 1815. Nottebohm, Volume II, page 318, without musical quotation. (Blasinstrumenten) solo auch andern.” (A concertante piece, or symphony with all wind instruments, the solo also involving other instruments.)

New findings from the Beethoven Music Research Center ww.lvbeethoven.org (July 2024): This note appears in Mendelssohn-Stiftung 1, page 55, lines 1–3. Beethoven initially wrote it in pencil and later transcribed it in ink, indicating its perceived importance. However, the remainder of the page is devoted to the third movement of the Sonata Op. 102 No. 2, and of this Polacca, only a single measure survives—featuring a repeated E-flat in ¾ time.
