Biamonti 395 – Sketch of a Fantasia “un poco adagio”, with the annotation (in Italian): “Si continua sempre molto semplice in questa maniera” (“It continues always very simply in this manner”), (page 155), circa 1803. Mentioned by Nottebohm, page 70, without reproducing the music.

It is found on page 155, lines 8–9, of the Landsberg 6 Sketchbook, better known as the Eroica Skizzenbuch. It is in the key of D minor and in cut time; the initial tempo indication is “un poco adagio”. At the end of this sketch, Beethoven writes: “Si continua sempre molto semplice in questa maniera”.

Nottebohm, in his volume analyzing the Eroica Skizzenbuch, on page 70, merely cites it without reproducing the music.
